CAMBA Annual General Meeting 2022

To all Active Members of CAMBA,   Hope you and your families are all well. This Wednesday 18 May we have our Annual General Meeting - kicking off at 7:45PM with the meeting itself due to start by 8.00pm. It will be held in person at Bowen St Community Centre (102 Bowen St, Camberwell) and also online via GoToMeeting (login details below). Please click on the "Events Details" link below to get you (free) ticket for either in-person or virtual attendance.  We also would love to celebrate our achievements in the last year a bit, so if you have  plates or biscuits to share (or a bottle of some kind), just bring them along!    You can review the associated documents for our meeting - the Agenda, our Annual Report, along with our financial report.  I have also included minutes from last year's AGM. You can access these here.   Please note that members are required to be current to attend and vote at the AGM. If you received a renewal email, please ensure you complete the form and payment prior to the meeting.   If you're interested in joining the Committee, please do get in touch. There are so many ways to be involved - with our General committee members able to help on tasks that suit your skills and time. There are also numerous 'coordinator' positions. Some of these roles are about sharing your experience with others. Some involve taking the lead on organising a catch-up. They can all be adapted to suit your available time and ideas.   CAMBA wouldn't continue to operate as successfully without the amazing volunteers we have - and we are so grateful for all the time and effort that is put in. By being involved you get to help shape our club and continue the support that we provide to so many multiple birth families in our area.   We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.
