We are planning a get together to celebrate all the hard work of CAMBA this past year. This invitation is open to anyone who has helped this past year, whether you are in the committee, helping at events, or just supporting the club in general!  We have booked a table at Okra restaurant. The menu sounds delicious and we can't wait to try their food. OKRA RESTAURANT MENU Pre payment is required as part of this RSVP as we will try to make it easier on the night for everyone. It's BYO wine ONLY with a $5 charge, so please feel free to bring a bottle and we can share it around. Welcome to the event of all events for 2023!! CAMBA and the Jingle Bells Committee have been organising something very special for 2023's Christmas party. We would love to see you and your family come along. Bring the grandparents too, fun for eveyone! Here is a little run down of what we have planned and everything is INCLUDED in your ticket!!! A Crafty fun table with lots and lots of goodies to get creating! For the first time we have a very special interactive playspace to entertain all kids and challenge their skills at the same time! With the new year creeping in..... CAMBA is very excited to be able to offer your children a little gift for their new and exciting transition to their BIG school in 2024.  We are working together with Little Birdy Finds once more this year, which is very exciting that we can again provide your School Starters a little GIFT. If your children or a child is starting school in 2024 then please register ASAP via the below link.  Just to recap!!!  What we are doing? CAMBA will be ordering a Bag Tag on your behalf for your children/child When? You MUST RSVP HERE by the 26th November to be part of this program as we need to get the orders in for January pick up. The morning tea will be hosted at Bowen Street Community Centre, which has good parking nearby, easy access for twin prams and multiple rooms allowing parents to be located in one room and their babies to be looked after in a nearby room. Have your kids started school this year, or will they be starting in 2024/2025? CAMBA are hosting an evening for parents to catch up and discuss all things related to starting school. It’s a big moment for kids and parents, and this is an opportunity to meet other parents, discuss any concerns, and share ideas about multiples and singletons starting school. If your children started school recently, this is a chance to discuss how things are going. Perhaps you’ve had some issues that you’re struggling to solve. Maybe you’ve got some great ideas to share with those about to start school. If your children are about to embark on their primary school journey, come along and ask those burning questions and learn from those who have experienced the high and lows!  It is an opportunity for parents to connect and talk about their concerns, share our collective knowledge, and hopefully meet other local parents whose children are going to the same school as yours. We will also have a 'parent panel' made up of CAMBA members.  All these members have a range of school years and experiences under their belt, and are excited to share their learnings!  Drinks and nibbles will be provided. It will run from Saturday 21 October to Sunday 29 October 2023, with thousands of Victorian children taking part in the festivities. The theme for Children's Week 2023 is "Children have the right to relax, play and to take part in activities they enjoy" based on Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. During Children's Week, local councils, not-for-profit organisations, schools and early childhood services organise open days, displays, special events, virtual spaces and online-based activities. These celebrate childhood and showcase children's achievements. All Children's Week events are free to families with children aged from birth to 12 years. It's a great opportunity for Victorian families to enjoy fun, engaging and educational experience This year CAMBA was successful in winning a Grant from the Department of Education which has allowed us to be able to put on this fun morning full of laughs, togetherness, music and food of course!  Please come along to our "Disco party" - this is open to ALL AGES and we would love to see the whole family come along to enjoy the morning!  RSVP HERE WITH YOUR DANCING SHOES ON! Expectant parents are invited to attend an antenatal session at Bowen Street Community Centre, 102 Bowen St Camberwell at 7:30pm on Wednesday, 18th October.  This will be an opportunity to meet with some other expectant multiple parents as well as chat to seasoned multiple parents around navigating parenthood with multiple babies.  Please RSVP HERE so we can get prepared for you!  Hope to see you there! The first Tuesday of every month (Tuesday 5 September; Tuesday 3 October... and so on) is the dedicated Under 1s and Expectant Parents Playgroup, held at Bowen Street Community Centre.  There is no charge to attend. It runs 9.30-11.30AM at Bowen Street instead of our regular all-ages Playgroup (which will run all other Tuesdays at this time). That said, if you have older children, bring them along as there is plenty for them to do (indoors and outdoors).   If you want to bring snacks for yourself / older children, please ensure they are nut-free. Cafe Linger across the road is fantastic so bring your keep-cup and grab a coffee or tea and spend some some time catching up with other parents of multiples, who just "get it".  There's no need to arrive "on time" or stay for the whole time. We just want to ensure there is a dedicated time set aside for our newest and littlest members of CAMBA. When you arrive, you'll need to sign in at the Bowen Street office.  Adelaide Badgery is your U1s Coordinator so if there are any questions, please reach out to her on 0439 385 485 or if any concerns, please contact any of your CAMBA Committee.

We have all been waiting on the platform very patiently for this one since this time last year!! ALL ABOARD!! Get the wellies on, jackets and beanies as this event will be happening no matter what the elements offer up!  This year we have locked in the private picnic area located in the middle of the track, here we have tables, chairs, BBQ, and shelter from the elements. We also have our very own platform. As this is a private event we can do as many rides as you please - don't worry we have 3 hours to do loops, so if you need to juggle nap times, sports, other commitments then we will be here from 10am - 1pm.  CAMBA will be offering a Sausage Sizzle to feed those hungry mouths, so please bring along some gold coins or your cards. We will have the square tap n go option up and running as well. This event is a fundraiser for the club so any donations will be used towards any future events or projects we can offer back to you. We may also have some extra goodies there too! For planning purposes we would really appreciate it if you could kindly buy your ticket as soon as possible. You only need to purchase one family ticket. (If you have under ones, we still need you to register but your family ticket is free). There is also a great park next to the miniature railway if you need a break from the train! (to enable the kids to burn even more energy!)
